Laugh out loud all you like Madame, but it happens to be true. 
Ask around. Behind all net art ambition lies a curator influenced by an academic who Lachlan Brown 'had a little chat with' in 1993-94. I needed 'social phenomenon' for my research into the cultural 
implications of the emergence of Intenret in Culture. 'Net art' fills 
the bit in chapter three where I discuss some of the cultural 
institutional implications.

Its a sub project of the WorldWideWebProject. The 'meaningful content' 
bit.

I took a hiatus for family reasons 1998-2000 (the period where 
everything went completely out of whack <what were people thinking?>), 
but we are getting back on track now.
